With the useless Dayz expansion coming into it's own the staff at Active were awesome in helping me sort out all the issues that the expansion caused. -
They have good support
They have good support. I was having trouble with a Dark & Light server, and asked to switch to Conan Exiles. Their support was nice, and they let me switch to another server type without hassle and charge.
Their servers were also responsive and worked to my satisfaction.
